How do I return the Product?

Our easy returns policy allows you to return products bought from us within the designated return period. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. he product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Information required to be shared for return request?

Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Include all price tags, labels, packaging, and the invoice when returning the item. The shipping fee will only be refunded if all items from your order are returned.

Follow these steps to request a return:

Ø  Unboxing Video: In case of any package damage, record an unboxing video of the product. This is necessary for us to forward to the logistics team and raise a claim.

Ø  Send Proof: Share pictures and the unboxing video of the product you wish to return via our  WhatsApp at +91-9136403865.

Ø  Reason for Return: Clearly state the reason for the return.

Ø  COD Orders: If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), please provide your bank details for the refund, including the bank name, beneficiary name, account number, and IFSC code.

Ø  Return Approval: Once all the details are submitted, our team will review your return request and arrange for the pickup.

Ø  Pickup Process: We will coordinate with our courier partner to pick up the return package from your address within 12 to 24 hours. If the pickup is not completed in that timeframe, feel free to contact us via the website chat or WhatsApp at +91-9136403865  to escalate the issue.

Ø  Refund Process: Once the product is received by the seller, the refund will be initiated. Typically, it takes 10-12 business days for the item to reach the seller. If the product is received in its original condition, the refund will be processed. For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours. For prepaid orders, it may take 10 to 12 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

What is 7 day return ?

Items purchased from Dukandeal.com come with a 7-day return policy, provided the product is not labeled as "NO RETURNS ACCEPTED."

How do I cancel an order?

Order cancellations are permitted before the product is dispatched. If the order is canceled before it enters the processing stage, a full refund will be issued. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer allowed. Cancellation requests must be made within 12  hours of placing the order, and only if the product has not yet been dispatched.
